Sanctuary Sunday- The Alchemy of the Pure Self Through the Fire Element & Heart Mapping
February 6, 2022
The Alchemy of Pure Self Through the Fire Element & Heart Mapping
with Special Guest Debbie White
Before incarnation, we are simply pure white light or consciousness. There is stillness. When we incarnate into this physical world, it can be compared to light passing through a prism, and the colours of the five elements are refracted as our light body and aspects of self. We enter into the world of polarities and change becoming a reflection of the greater whole. A microcosm of the macrocosm.
Everything in existence is a form of moving energy and the five elements give us context to understand the energetic processes of alchemy that occur in nature, but equally within ourselves. We name them water, wood, fire, earth, and metal but we can also see them as how they relate to our emotions, organs, and state of being.
For example, if the heart/mind connection is pure, we take action and speech in alignment with our inner truth and our lives feel in synchronicity with our deepest selves.
In contrast, when events in our lives, our own health, or the state of the world shoot us out of alignment, we can feel disconnected from self, disconnected from the Divine, disconnected from our purpose. We may feel anxious, unstable, unsure of how to take action in our own lives.
How can we come back to ourselves amidst the chaos in the world? Alchemy is a wonderful thing- when we burn we transform. When we transform, we return to love. The Fire Element and Heart Mapping can help us to find joy, unbridled passion, expansion, full expression of our deepest selves. We come into alignment with our desires and the organising principle of the universe.
Please join me in welcoming very special guest Debbie White to Safe Haven, where she will dive deep into the Alchemy of Pure Self Through the Five Elements, focusing on the FIRE element, and how it can alchemize anxiety and disconnection into self-love. We will dive deep into Heart Mapping, allowing it to connect our heart and our mind in harmony.
Come and discover…
An overview of each element (water, wood, fire, earth, & metal), how the cycle of creation moves us forward, with a focus on the FIRE element and connecting to the heart.
A guided Heartmath meditation that reconnects us to ourselves by resetting the nervous system via heart coherence. This practice helps bring awareness, and helps to clear and release energetic blocks and reconnect to our true essence through resonating compassion, awe, and heart expanding sentiments.
A creative process of Heart Mapping, or recalibration of the heart & FIRE energy…bringing your purest essence into your heart – what things are hidden in your heart? What secrets lie deep inside? What are the things you love? What do you love doing? Our hearts have secret rooms, with secrets hidden away there.
When we accept and love our true essence more readily, we can carry a deep trust in the process of our lives and in ourselves.
Sanctuary Sundays are now via zoom. For simplicity, tickets are now a flat rate of $34 for zoom sessions. Additional donations are always graciously accepted. Register below. A specific zoom link for the event will be shared upon registration.
