Sanctuary Sunday

Sun Nov 20th, 2022

There is great power in sound. Certain frequencies help to emit brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine – both responsible for a feeling of well-being. When we are relaxed and the feel-good chemicals are flowing, we can connect to that channel deep inside, to the deepest part of ourselves, to the part that remembers who we are – our Inner Being.

Andrea’s sound journeys combine crystal bowls, instruments and recorded music to create a deep, peaceful guided meditation. Positive effects include better sleep, reduced anxiety, increased energy and after death communication with loved ones.

Andrea will also share ‘The 12 Steps to Bridging’. This material, from her first book Conversations with Chloe,  is intended to help us connect with our loved ones across the veil.

Come join us at Safe Haven where special guest Andrea Courey will join us once again. She will share her beautiful crystal bowl sound meditation gift  and help us to connect, to remember, to reflect and to feel that beautiful channel of peace, joy and self-love.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY  (12:45pm ish) SO WE CAN START ON TIME
