WINTER SOLSTICE – Rituals of Rest & Replenishment

The dark of winter is beginning, giving us the opportunity to go within, to reflect, and to embrace the quiet, in effect, to experience our own version of hibernation, to rest. Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, is a time to celebrate the returning Light and our own Inner Light, and to be extra kind to ourselves. How can the quiet of winter be embraced? How can you use the quiet to reflect on what you need? What rituals can you practise to dive deep into rest & replenishment?

Magic Lady Sheila Bicknell – BlueWater Oracle is our special guest for an evening of candlelight and Oracle Intuitive connection, card reading, meditation, sharing, and self-exploration. Join us as we bring light, to find your best rest & replenishment rituals and practices for the chilly days & long nights, much needed through the holiday times and the Winter season ahead.

At Safe Haven’s new location in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Group size is limited. 

This is a women’s event.

Registration Cost: $44 CAD

Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance so we may start on time.

Participants to please bring:

Your favourite pen(s)

Your favourite journal or notebook

A wrap as reflection can make us feel chilly, especially at this time of year

Slippers to change into and be cozy when you arrive

Your own snacks if needed – some nibbles will be provided (Note: Sheila has a peanut & nut allergy & Laurie a cinnamon allergy so please be conscious in your choices)

Tea, coffee, juice, and goodies will be provided
